Unitized Aluminium Curtain Wall Systems

Our unitized aluminium curtain wall is factory-assembled in Foshan into glazed panels, then lifted into place on site. Each panel uses thermally broken profiles with Low-E double glazing and holds column-free spans up to 4 m, with integrated sunshade options available for sun-oriented elevations.

The facade system is tested to 600 Pa static pressure, rated Class 4 airtight and Class E900 watertight, and certified to AS 2047 plus AS, ASTM and BS standards — wind load and water penetration reports you can attach directly to a tender. See our certifications page for the full test data.

As an aluminium curtain wall manufacturer we do not run a catalogue warehouse: every glass facade system is engineered against the project drawings, quoted against a real bill of materials and shipped with installation drawings in English, Russian, Spanish or Arabic. Unitized, or panelized, curtain wall is assembled and glazed inside the factory, then lifted into place as complete panels. Stick-built facades are glazed on site. For high-rise commercial, hotel and office projects, the unitized route shortens the installation programme, protects glazing from site weather and puts quality control inside a controlled plant — the reason most specifiers choose a glass facade system over stick-built on tower jobs.

Contractors working on our adjacent exterior glass product, the panoramic sliding doors, often pair the facade with matching lift-and-slide entrances and lobby fronts so the curtain wall and entrance detailing read as one system across the elevation.

Do your systems carry test reports?

Can we order custom RAL finishes?

Yes. Five standard finishes are stocked (RAL 9006, 9016, 9005, 8017) and any custom RAL can be quoted for volume orders.
